Man Sentenced After Arrest for Possession

-A man arrested after a drug investigation in Pine Valley was sentenced in Clark County Court.Back in January, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at N2811 Fairground Avenue in the Township of Pine Valley. The search warrant was a result of an ongoing drug investigation by the Sheriff’s Office. Two adults were arrested as a result of the investigation including Cedric Riggins.
He was found guilty, due to a no contest plea, of possession with intent-amphetamine. Two other charges were dismissed and read in. He was sentenced to 5 years’ probation with a condition of 6 months jail time. He also owes the courts $176.
