Neillsville School Board Approves Several Items

-The Neillsville School Board approved several items at their meeting on Monday.The board approved a study regarding the feasibility of a health insurance co-op. Most of Clark County’s school districts are looking into this option to help make health insurance more affordable to district employees. The board also approved Academic Standards, Educational Options and School Performance Reports. These reports can be found on the district’s website if residents would like to see them. The board approved the shared space agreement with two counseling services, Clark County Community Services and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, which provide counseling services to students at the district.
The board also approved the transportation prices, which decreased for the next school year. They also approved the Annual Meeting Agenda and approved the changes to the Staff and Athletic Handbooks for the next school year.
