Re-organizational Matters at Owen-Withee School Board Meeting

-The Owen-Withee School Board took care of some reorganizational matters due to the spring elections at their meeting on Monday.The board clerk administered the oath of office to the two re-elected members for their three year term on the Board. The board also heard the criteria proposed for participation in the Youth Apprenticeship Program during the presentation by Julie Kodl. After discussing a few items in the criteria, the board approved them on a voice vote.
The board also accepted the resignation of Ann Harlander-Fitzl as the junior high girls’ basketball coach and thanked her for her years of service. And on a voice vote the board approved hiring Brandi McKay as the Jr. High girls’ basketball coach for the 2017-18 school year.
