Man Arrested After Drug Investigation Appears in Clark County Court

-A man arrested after a drug investigation in Pine Valley appeared in Clark County Court on Friday.Back in January, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at N2811 Fairground Avenue in the Township of Pine Valley. The search warrant was a result of an ongoing drug investigation by the Sheriff’s Office. Two adults were arrested as a result of the investigation including Cedric Riggins. He was referred to the DA’s office for possession with intent to deliver amphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
During his preliminary hearing on Friday, probable cause was found so his court proceedings will continue. He’ll be back in court next week.
