Greenwood City Council Discusses Several Items

-The Greenwood City Council discussed several items at their meeting last week.Dick Adler from the Legion was present to ask the city for a parcel of land to put a medi-vac helicopter for a veteran appreciation display. This will be a 1-2 year process. They also adopted a snow removal ordinance and approved a contract with Hydrocorp for inspection of the city’s larger meters.
Finally, they adopted a Citizens Participation Plan and Resolution 2-17. They motioned to in principal agree to the 3 conditions from Rural Development for the Loyal Sanitary Sewer agreement. They approved some handbook changes and thanked Chuck Susa for his 10 years of service and presented him a plaque.
