Clark County Board March 2017 Approvals

The Clark County Board of Supervisors approved several items at their meeting on Thursday.The board approved the appointment of Martin Nigon to the Land Conservation Committee. Board members heard a presentation on the purpose and design of strategic planning and the quarterly operations report for the county. The 2016 Annual Report for Planning, Zoning and Land Information was also presented. The board then passed a resolution approving the grant applications for ATV trail maintenance funding, which will help with the county’s trail system. On a similar note, they also approved a grant for maintenance of the county’s snowmobile trails.
The board also approved the creation of the Colby Memorial Cemetery, moving the April 18th business meeting to April 20th and they approved the dissolution of the long term care district pursuant to a Wisconsin statute.
