Presentation from Veteran's Service Officer

-Members of the Clark County HCE group and community heard a presentation from Aaron Greisen of the Veteran’s Service Office on Wednesday.The hour long presentation included information on several topics regarding what the office can do for veterans. Those items include help with VA health coverage, disability compensation, pension, death pension and burial benefits. He went into detail about the different layers that accompany each category and answered questions from those present.
He also discussed the mission of the veteran service office, explaining the specific laws, regulations and codes that determine veteran’s rights and benefit claims, and other assistance that veterans have earned through their service to our country.
