Marshfield Student Selected for Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association Scholarship

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) -Five students will be earning scholarship money for college during the Wisconsin Cheese Industry Conference in Madison next month.The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association announced the winners of its 2017 scholarship program, in which each of the successful applicants will be getting $3,000 awards. One of the winners is Zachary Zarnke or Marshfield.
The WCMA student scholarship program is supported by the Championship Cheese Auction. That's where the gold medal cheeses from WCMA's Championship Cheese Contests are sold to provide income for a permanent, reserved scholarship fund. This year's sale takes place April 12.
