Neillsville Woman Sentenced in Jackson County for Burglary

-A Neillsville woman charged with breaking into vehicles at two Neillsville businesses and burglaries in other counties was sentenced for the remaining charges against her in Jackson County.Back in February of 2016, several vehicle break-ins occurred at two businesses in Neillsville. Jessica Hackett and her boyfriend, Nathanial Clem, were going on a road trip to Lake Superior and thought it would be fun to burglaries vehicles and businesses on their way. She was facing one charge of theft of moveable property in Jackson County. One Monday that charge was dismissed and read in.
Previously, she was sentenced to 2 years’ probation, 200 hours of community service and an imposed and stayed jail sentence of 9 months here in Clark County. In Eau Claire County she was sentenced to 5 years’ probation, 3 years’ extended supervision and an imposed and stayed jail sentence of 2 years.
