Wisconsin Farmers Union Holding Spring Meetings

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) -The Wisconsin Farmers Unions will host its traditional Spring Meeting series with several gatherings planned around the state in the coming weeks.Farmers are encouraged to attend the forums, where a key focus will be on the state budget. Organizers say the meetings will offer time for networking and a complimentary meal, along with an update from Wisconsin Farmers Union staff on farm policy and issues facing rural Wisconsin.
The meetings will be held March 19 at the Emerald Town Hall in Emerald; March 20 at Hunger Task Force Farm in Franklin; April 3 at Blue Wave on the Bay in Ashland; and April 5 the UW-Agricultural Research Station in Marshfield.
