Spencer Woman Charged with Adding Substances to Boss' Coffee

-A Spencer woman is accused of adding several substances to her boss' coffee in order to make him ill so he’d forget about a loan he gave her.The substances included eye drop solution, water pills, caffeine pills and anti-anxiety medication. The victim, the woman’s boss, noticed something was wrong when he had high spike in his blood sugar and saw a slimy substance at the bottom of his cup. The man put a motion censing camera in his office and caught the woman in the act.
The woman admitted to authorities that she tried to make her boss ill so he’d forget about the $2,000 loan he had given her. She’ll be in court later tomorrow.
