Neillsville Man Charged With 7th OWI

A Neillsville man has been charged with his 7th OWI.

According to court records, the Clark County Sheriff’s Department pulled 61-year-old Robert Kaiser over for driving 75mph in a 55mph zone on Highway 73 after they received complaints of an intoxicated man on a motorcycle.

Kaiser was on probation and had a .02 restriction with revoked status from the DOT. Kaiser is facing charges of 7th offense OWI.  A $5,000 cash bond was set against him and he’s scheduled to be back in court on May 28th.
