Report of Officers at Neillsville City Council Meeting

-The Neillsville City Council heard the Report of Officers at their meeting on Tuesday.For the month of 2017, the department had 111 complaints, 60 service calls, 31 traffic citations, 51 traffic warnings, 7 crash investigations, 16 ordinance citations, 13 adult arrest, 5 cases referred to the district attorney, 1 juvenile case and 48 parking citations. Those numbers were mostly in line with January of 2016.
Some other notable items include Chief Klueckmann attending a chief’s meeting with other county departments, a speaking event, an officer resigning and a new officer starting. The department was also able to solve a case after an extensive investigation.
