Marshfield Area Pet Shelter Breaks Attendance Record at "Paws and Pancakes" Breakfast

-The Marshfield Area Pet Shelter again broke records at the 6th annual “Paws & Pancakes” breakfast fundraiser on Sunday, February 26th at the Knights of Columbus Hall.A total of 1,023 people enjoyed a delicious breakfast, fun raffles, and other great opportunities to help local animals. For the sixth year in a row, the attendance record was broken, easily surpassing last year’s attendance of 953 people. The breakfast raised $12,600 to help MAPS with the day-to-day operating costs for the animals at their adoption center and temporary shelter locations.
MAPS would like to thank everyone who attended, volunteered, and supported this year’s breakfast fundraiser, including premier sponsors Thrivent Financial, Bushman Dairy Distributing-Morning Glory Dairy, and Catholic Financial Life. Marshfield Area Pet Shelter is a 501(c)3 non-profit volunteer-based organization actively engaged in raising funds to build a humane shelter for the greater Marshfield area. MAPS is currently operating in a temporary home on West 29th Street in the former airport terminal building.
