Marshfield Woman Extradited to South Carolina for Kidnapping Charges

-A Marshfield woman has been extradited to South Carolina after being charged with the kidnapping of a 12-year-old Georgia girl.52-year-old Annette Zopfi was apprehended Sunday by officials in Newberry County, South Carolina. According to Newberry County Chief Deputy Todd Johnson, Zopfi and her 11-year-old daughter were found with a 12-year-old girl from Richmond County, Georgia, who were on their way to Wisconsin, after the two girls had met through a You Tube channel over a year ago.
According to the police report, the 12-year-old convinced the woman and her daughter to come and get her so she could live here in Wisconsin. Zopfi is facing kidnapping charges and was booked into the Richmond County Jail in Georgia on Wednesday.
