-A Neillsville man charged with sexual assault appeared in Clark County Court on Friday for a motion hearing.

Randy Magnus is charged with two counts of 2nd degree sexual assault of an intoxicated victim and two counts of 2nd degree sexual assault of an unconscious victim for two separate incidences that occurred while he was employed as a male nurse at Memorial Medical Center. Two female patients came forward and said that Magnus sexually assaulted them back in July and August of 2015. Magnus denied having any contact with the first victim and stated the second victim initiated the contact. When this came to light he was immediately fired from the hospital.
