One of three people arrested for drug use at a truck stop in Black River Falls entered a plea in Jackson County Court on Monday.Back in April, police received reports of an intoxicated driver at the Flying J Truck Stop around 2:45 in the morning. When they arrived they searched the suspects’ car after smelling marijuana. They found meth, oxycodone and marijuana.
The three suspects, Damion Palms, Sashal Hollencamp and Travis Towne were arrested and they have several, similar charges against them including possession of meth, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of THC and more. During a preliminary hearing on Thursday, probable cause was found so Towne's court proceedings will continue. He then entered not guilty pleas to the charges against him. He'll be back in court next month.
