Unemployment Levels Drop in Wisconsin

-Unemployment fell in most Wisconsin cities and counties for the month of July.Unemployment dropped in 30 of the state’s 32 largest cities and also dropped in 71 of Wisconsin’s 72 counties. For Clark County, the unemployment rate fell slightly to 3.7% for July compared to June’s 3.8% and July of 2015’s 4%. That ranks Clark County at 54 out of 72 compared to the previous month’s rank of 62.
For our neighboring counties, Chippewa is at 3.8%, 3.7% for Eau Claire, 3.9% for Jackson, Wood is at 5.1%, Marathon is at 3.7% and Taylor is at 3.8%.
