Presentations Start Clark County Board of Supervisors Meeting

-The Clark County Board of Supervisors approved a couple resolutions at their meeting on Thursday of last week.The board began their meeting by hearing a couple presentations. The first was about an extensive remodeling project they would like to do at the Clark County Rehabilitation and Living Center which would remodel certain areas and provide more space. The second was on the progress of the county Class and Comp Study which is looking at a way to fairly pay all county employees and help recruit and retain more employees as well.
From there, the board approved a resolution setting the values of tax deeded properties ready to come to the county. There were 7 properties in all with the minimum value on one coming to just $1 and the maximum coming to $65,900. The second resolution approved reducing the minimum bid on a couple tax deeded properties to $1,500.
