Ground Breaking Ceremony for Witmer Furniture's New Expansion

-Witmer Furniture of Abbotsford celebrated the beginning of their new expansion with a ground breaking ceremony Thursday morning.Witmer, celebrating its 35th Anniversary this year, will be adding to their current facility and they hope to hire an additional 10-20 people for the new jobs that will be created with the expansion. Witmer is located in Abbotsford’s industrial park, having been the first business to work with the City of Abbotsford to go into the park 21 years ago. Since then, several other businesses have moved into the park as well.
Witmer make high quality, made to order furniture and they’ve received several awards over the years for their work. They make furniture for bedrooms, offices, entertainment and more.
