Greenwood School Board Reviews Proposed Summer Maintenance Projects

-The Greenwood School Board approved several maintenance projects for the district.The board reviewed the proposed summer maintenance projects, approved a bid from Quality Roofing for the west wing and north roof replacement and flashing repair on auto shop roof, approved a bid from Fahrner Asphalt Sealers for resurfacing of the tennis courts, approved a bid from Bruce Kirn Construction for concrete replacement at the elementary school and approved replacement of the shower towers in the boys’ locker room.
The board also reviewed the staff assignments for 2016-17, deferred action on the Employee Handbooks, reviewed the supplemental compensation plan participation, approved a 1.25% increase in salary/wages for teachers and support staff, approved a 2% increase in salary for the Business Manager, a 1% increase for the Principal and a 3.75% increase in salary for the District Administrator.
