Neillsville Woman on Bail for Drug Incident Arrested Again for Theft of a Business

-A Neillsville woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine back in March was arrested again in April for theft.According to a report from the Neillsville Police Department, on March 30th, Officer Jason King arrested 31-year old Ashley McGargill of Neillsville for a drug-related OWI (Methamphetamine) Offense. The vehicle was seized by the Department and a Search Warrant was conducted the following day where drug evidence was recovered. McGargill has since been charged with several offenses for that incident including OWI, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and more.
According to a report from the Neillsville Police Department, in April, while McGargill was out on bond for the drug incident, she was caught stealing from the Family Dollar in Neillsville. Neillsville Police Officer Jacob Aumann arrested her on April 25th. She has been charged with theft, bail jumping disorderly conduct and resisting an officer.
