County Board Hears Presentations

The Clark County Board of Supervisors heard a few presentations at their meeting on Thursday.The presentations included a West Central Regional Planning Update, Wisconsin Counties Association Training and Clark County Code of Ordinances Chapter 22, Article IV, Shoreland/Wetland Zoning. They also heard the 2015 Annual Register of Deeds Report. The board approved Dick Lange to the supervisor position for the vacant District 9 seat as well.
The board approved two resolutions at the meeting. The first was the 2015 Transfer of Funds from several accounts including coroner, offices of finance and personnel and fire suppression with the amounts being $816.83, $19,333.41 and $843.75. The other resolution approved was land acquisition at the Highway Department Shop in Loyal by the Department of Transportation. Due to improvements the DOT plans to do to Highway 98, they offered to purchase 1,307 square feet of property from Clark County with a cost of $1,310.
