Clark County Forest ATV/UTV Trails and Knobby Ridge Motorcycle Trails Opening on Friday

-The Clark County Forest ATV/UTV trails and Knobby Ridge Motorcycle Trails are in good condition, so they’ll be opening early this year.The trails will open this Friday, May 6th. The trails are still wet in spots and vulnerable to damage from excessive acceleration and speed, so the department asks that you ride responsibly to help reduce maintenance costs and avoid resource damage. Off trail riding is strictly prohibited.
UTV’s are allowed on the county ATV trail system during the summer. Street legal motorcycles, driven by licensed drivers are allowed on the trail system. Non-street legal motorcycles are not allowed on the trails. There is a 2.5 mile section of the trail system from intersection 19 to intersection 20 that’s closed.
