Report of Officers at Neillsville City Council Meeting

-The Neillsville City Council heard the Report of Officers at their meeting last week.

For March 2016, the department had 145 complaints, 70 service calls, 36 traffic citations, 57 traffic warnings, 6 crash investigations, 9 ordinance citations, 16 adult arrests, 7 cases referred to the district attorney, 7 juvenile cases and 32 parking citations. Most of the numbers are in line with March of 2015, but there were a lot more traffic citations for March 2015, 63, compared to 36 and traffic warnings, 128 compared to 57.

Some other notable activity included Chief Klueckmann attending Leadership in Police Organization training, the department receiving CPR training from MMC, officers attending seminars/training and the arrest of a 31-year-old Neillsville woman for possession of meth.
