Clark County Fuel Assistance Deadline May 13th, One More Sign Up Opportunity Next Week

-The Clark County Fuel Assistance Season deadline is May 13th.Clark County Social Services wants to announce to residents of Clark County that fuel assistance is coming to a close for this year. Applications are taken Oct 1st-May 15th. It is important that residents know this program is available to them, and their offices want to be readily available. They have one more springtime opportunities to sign up at the Clark County Rehabilitation and Living Center in Owen on Thursday, April 28th from 8:30am-3pm.
They are asking that individuals call for an appointment at 715-743-5233. Residents can also sign up via phone and via mailed depending upon the household, and they are accepting appointments Monday- Thursday at the Clark County Courthouse. If you miss the May 15th cut off, they are still able to offer residents assistance with their Energy Bills throughout the summer; however the program officially starts anew every year October 1st.
