Monday, April 18th, 2016 -- 11:28 AM

-One of the people from Black River Falls, who were arrested for burglary last month, appeared in Jackson County Court for a preliminary hearing.

According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, 50-year-old Leonard Boardman and 52-year-old Donna Deloske were arrested after they allegedly triggered an alarm inside a garage as they were trying to burglarize a home. Officers arrested Boardman and a K-9 located Deloske a short while later.

Boardman has a $10,000 bond set against him. He faces multiple charges including burglary, bail jumping, criminal trespass and more. Deloske has a $150 cash bond set against her. She faces charges of burglary and bail jumping. Boardman was scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Friday, but he decided to wave it. He entered not guilty pleas to the charges against him and he’s set for a plea/sentencing hearing at the end of May.
