Greenwood School Board Discusses Employment Matters

-The Greenwood School Board accepted a gift and discussed employment matters at their meeting on Monday.The board accepted, with thanks, a gift of music-themed posters for the music room from the Clark County Choraliers and a donation of cookies for the elementary school from Family Dollar. They also approved the employment of Rebecca Boehning, long-term substitute teacher, Keisha Vehrs, substitute teacher and Kristin Volovsek, substitute teacher assistant. They accepted the resignations of Rachel Casey, 6th grade teacher, and Storm Hinker, volleyball coach.
Finally, the board approved the overnight field trip request for the FCCLA state competition April 18th-20th and the School Board Oath was taken by their newest member selected during last week’s election, Dawn Jacobson.
