Woman Arrested in Black River Falls for Possession Fails to Appear in Court

-A woman arrested in Black River Falls and charged with possession failed to appear in Jackson County Court on Monday.Police pulled over Joanna Roybal and Shane Colvin for having a loud muffler and a defective license plate lamp. They found meth and marijuana in the vehicle at that time and both individuals were arrested.
Roybal was set for a plea/sentencing hearing on Monday. A warrant was issued after she failed to appear.
