More Problems at Tomah VA

(AP) -Authorities at the troubled VA Medical Center in Tomah are investigating another report of misconduct.Acting director Victoria Brahm has emailed employees reminding them about the VA's sexual harassment policies after a hospital employee reported being the victim of inappropriate contact by another worker. Brahm told employees that reassignments have been made.
Last week, a mental health worker at the center was charged with sexual exploitation by a therapist. He's accused of sexually harassing two female patients and exposing himself. The facility in west-central Wisconsin has been under scrutiny following reports that physicians were prescribing more painkillers than most VA hospitals, and that employees who spoke out were subjected to intimidation.
