Plea/Sentencing Set for Man Accused Trying to Hire Prostitutes

-A man living in an assisted living facility in Dorchester facing charges for trying to hire prostitutes appeared in Clark County Court on Thursday.Back in June of 2015, 69-year-old Dennis Weix used a computer at a local library to contact prostitutes. He admitted to investigators that he tried to contact the women. Weix currently lives in a facility in Marathon County.
He appeared in court for an initial appearance. He waived the reading of the complaint and a preliminary hearing. He's scheduled for a plea/sentencing hearing towards the end of February.
