CDC's Report at Owen City Council Meeting

-The Owen City Council heard the CDC's report at their meeting last week.Tim Swiggum reported that the Clark County Recreation Plan is not out yet and he worked with the county in making maps for all the City Parks. He plans to make a brochure at a later date of the City's parks. Marvin Matejka visited City Hall regarding his property of the OMI building and there still are interested parties in the property.
He also said that Christmas decorations have been taken down along Main Street and the City of Owen will be hosting the United Community's January meeting which will be held at the Woodland on Jan. 25th. The Woodland's progress is coming along slowly. Carpet has been torn out and the hardwood floors are being sanded.
