Farm Succession and Estate Planning Workshop, Part 1

-The Clark County UW-Extension, along with Lincoln, Marathon and Taylor County UW-Extension and AbbyBank, is bringing a Farm Succession and Estate Planning Workshop to the Abbotsford City Hall on February, 4th.I spoke with Nancy Vance, Family Living Agent, Richard Halopka, Crops and Soil Agent, and Melissa Kono, CNRED Agent, about the workshop. First, Nancy explained the cost to attend, when to register by, where it is, when it is and more.
Nancy: "The registration deadline is January 29th. There is a non-refundable $20 per farm fee and that will admit two people. $12 for each additional person. Space is limited to the first 75 people. The date is February 4th, 2016, and a location is Abbotsford City Hall which is 203 North 1st Street in Abbotsford. The time is 8:30am-3:00pm. 8:30am is registration and the workshop begins at 9pm."
