Zero Suicides by Children and Teens in Clark County from 2004-2014

(Marshfield News Herald) -Clark County had zero suicides for children and teens from 2004-2014.In an ongoing series about Wisconsin children's mental health from Gannett Wisconsin Media, an article by Rory Linnane and Keegan Kyle provided a look at the number of suicides for children and teens, ages 10-17. The figures, from the State Department of Health Services, looked at a span of time from 2004-2014.
There were no suicides of Clark County children and teens in that time frame. For our neighboring counties, there were 3 in Marathon, 3 in Wood, 5 in Jackson, Eau Claire had 4, Chippewa had 4 and Taylor had 1.
