Altoona Man Charged for Shooting Incident in Jackson County

-Charges have been filed against an Altoona man arrested due to a shooting incident in Jackson County.55-year-old Randall Perry of Warrens was shot and killed at his home on Arrow Road in the Town of Knapp in Jackson County. Authorities received the call of a shooting early Sunday morning. 27-year-old Michael Nelson of Altoona admitted shooting Nelson. He's been charged with one count of first degree intentional homicide.
Nelson was the one who called the authorities saying he shot someone. Authorities said that the two men knew each other and alcohol was likely a factor in the shooting.
