Another COVID Vaccination Opportunity in Clark County; Must Register By Tonight

Residents of Clark County have another upcoming opportunity to get vaccinated for COVID-19.
Sniteman Pharmacy and the Clark County Health Department are partnering for a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Friday, April 30th at the Greenwood High School in the gymnasium. No appointment is necessary for this clinic, but you must register for the clinic by midnight tonight. Register here: https://hipaa.jotform.com/211035881090146.
The clinic is open to those age 16 and older, but those ages 16 and 17 will require signed parental consent, but the parent doesn’t need to be there. The 2nd dose will be administered on Friday, May 21st.
Vaccinated individuals are required to be monitored by EMS staff for 15 minutes post vaccination. If you have questions regarding the Pfizer vaccine, which will be administered at this clinic, please contact Sniteman Pharmacy at 715-743-3500.
