Report of Officers at Neillsville City Council Meeting

-The Neillsville City Council heard the Report of Officers from Neillsville Police Chief Scott Klueckmann at their meeting last week.

For the month of September, the department had 167 complaints, 59 service calls, 72 traffic citations, 119 traffic warnings, 4 traffic crash investigations, 8 ordinance citations, 22 adult arrests, 4 cases referred to the D.A. for charges, 3 juvenile cases and 1 parking citation.

Chief Klueckmann also mentioned the assigning of Detective Pokallus to the county CART team, the department's participation in the "Drive Sober and Get Pulled Over Campaign," the ongoing speeding issue on 2nd Street, the parking change on East 5th Street, the vicious dogs ordinance and the return of the "Santa in Blue" program.
