Neillsville Woman Enters Plea for Scamming Local Businesses and Organizations

-A Neillsville woman accused of being involved in several scams with local businesses and organizations entered a plea to the charges against her.

Korinia Feight of Neillsville has been accused of scamming money from local businesses, churches and organizations in Neillsville, Granton, Marshfield, Wisconsin Rapids and more.

Feight had several charges filed against her in six separate cases. In the end, she entered a no contest plea, and was found guilty of, one count of theft of movable property, one count of misappropriate ID info to obtain money, one count of threats to injure/accuse of a crime, one count of knowingly trafficking food stamps and two counts of felony bail jumping. Two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, four counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of theft of moveable property, two counts of threat to injure/accuse of a crime and one count of misappropriate ID info to obtain money were dismissed and read in.

A pre-sentencing investigation was ordered and the attorneys will argue sentencing. Her $100,000 cash bond was reduced to $20,000 and she'll be back in court on December 14th for sentencing.
