Committee Reports at Neillsville City Council Meeting, Cemetery Commissioners and Personnel

-The Neillsville City Council heard the various committee reports from September at their recent meeting.The council heard the Board of Cemetery Commissioners on September 16th. Everything in the cemetery was reported as being good. The commission also saw the proposed 2016 budget. The budget did increase slightly from 2015's $64,428 to 2016's $69,878. The biggest increase was in the repairs and maintenance line of the budget. There was also a discussion held on the cemetery getting three mowers and two utility vehicles on a revolving program like the skid steer.
The council heard a report from the Personnel Committee meeting held on September 17th. The committee approved raises for most employees and they approved increasing the employee's share of the health insurance from 10.92% to 12%.
