Beautification Committee Report Heard

The Neillsville City Council heard the various committee reports held the past couple weeks at their recent meeting.They heard the report from the Beautification Committee meeting held on Tuesday, September 15th. The committee discussed fall and winter planters and agreed to buy solar lights for the winter planters. They'll also place ribbons on the trees in the winter planters for Christmas.
The committee is going to get a horse and sleigh display for the Sniteman Town Square for pictures when the tree lighting is held. They began discussing the spring flowers for 2016 and decided to ask for bids from area greenhouses to bid on the spring baskets and planters.
Finally, the committee decided to submit a $1,700 budget which was the same as last year.
