Security Health To Offer Health Care Answers

As enrollment seasons near for Medicare and the Health Insurance Marketplace, Security Health Plan of Wisconsin, Inc., is opening nine Answer Centers where people can get face-to-face answers to their questions about health insurance coverage.The annual open enrollment for Medicare is Oct. 15 through Dec. 7 and Nov. 1 through Jan. 31 of 2016, for the Health Insurance Marketplace. Answer Centers will be open throughout the enrollment seasons from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Answer Centers aren't just for insurance shoppers. Beginning Oct. 15, Customer Service representatives will be at specific locations, available to answer questions about billing, claims, prior authorizations and plan benefits.
