Thorp Man Sentenced for Exposing Himself to Women

-A Thorp man arrested for exposing himself to several women entered a plea and was sentenced for the charges against him in Clark County Court on Thursday.

According to the Clark County Sheriff's Department, throughout July they received complaints of a man exposing himself to women riding bikes in the Thorp and Withee areas. The department developed a suspect during the course of the investigation and arrested 51-year-old Randy Hamm toward the end of July.

Hamm did confess to the crimes. He was charged with three counts of disorderly conduct and three counts of lewd and lascivious behavior. He entered a no contest plea, and was found guilty of, two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior. The remaining charges were dismissed and read in. Hamm was sentenced to 100 days in jail, 2 years' probation, he can have no contact with the victims and he owes the courts $352.
