Owen-Withee School Board Reviews Annual Meeting

-The Owen-Withee School Board reviewed their annual meeting held at the end of August at their regular meeting on Monday.The board is looking at ways to improve attendance at the meeting. Suggestions included providing a meal with the meeting, running the meeting on a night like back-to-school open house night and moving the meeting to a Monday in October. District Administrator Bob Houts will look into the legality of moving the meeting to October.
Also, Mr. Houts and Board Member Rick Eloranta indicated that they were planning on attending the WASB regional meeting. Other Board members will check their schedules and let Mr. Houts know ASAP if they plan on attending.
