Report of Officers at Neillsville City Council Meeting

-The Neillsville City Council heard the Report of Officers at their meeting on Tuesday.For August, the Neillsville Police Department had 146 complaints, 57 service calls, 65 traffic citations, 79 traffic warnings, 1 traffic crash investigation, 16 ordinance citations, 19 adult arrests, 3 cases referred to the D.A. for charges, 3 juvenile cases and 0 parking citations.
Some other notable events the council heard about included the department's participation in the Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over Campaign. They also heard about the 24-year-old Black River Falls man who was arrested after a high speed chase with a Neillsville Officer.
They also heard about some training done in the department and there was a complaint against a Neillsville officer, but, after an investigation, he was cleared of any wrong doing.
