CDA Report at Owen City Council Meeting

-The Owen City Council heard the CDA Report at their meeting last week.The Dollar General contractor was in town and the concrete base for the new store is in. Master Packaging basement walls are going back up on their warehouse and the surveyor was there last week. The survey costs will be paid by Master Packaging and David & Tracy Taylor.
The Highway 29 Partnership met on Monday and they discussed a program partnership for prosperity. Also, Louks sent an email saying he will have his money. A council member asked if Louks is going to purchase the lot where the innovation center was going to be. Finally, to extend the sewer and water for new construction, the TIF #4 will make the payments and electric and gas will also need to be installed.
