Owen City Council Approves Several Items at Recent Meeting

-The Owen City Council approved a handful of items at their meeting last week.The council approved Mike Voss of MSA Professional Services to create a proposal for Phase 1 to install water main, sewer main, curb/gutter and street for the city's East 10th Street project. And an application for a temporary liquor license to the Owen Ambulance Dance to be held on April 11th was approved.
Finally, two proposals were submitted to the City for the DNR required Mill Pond Dam Inspection. The council approved the lower bid of $1,025 from Morgan Parmley from Ladysmith. MSA Professional Services submitted a bid of $1,150.00.
