3-Vehicle Crash on I-94 Near Black River Falls

-The Wisconsin State Patrol responded to a 3-vehicle crash on I-94 near Black River Falls on Tuesday.According to the department, the accident happened around 4:35am. A 2001 Ford F-150 driven by 35-year-old Marin Flick had the windows fog up suddenly. Flick moved to the left and hit a semi owned by K&B Transportation out of Nebraska. The semi was driven by 43-year-old Gary Vannatter of Indiana. Another semi driven by 29-year-old Deyan Kapitanov was just able to avoid hitting Flick.
No one was injured in the incident and Flick was cited for failure to keep his vehicle windows clean and deviating from his lane of traffic. Kapitanov was cited for following too closely.
