Sex Offender to Be Released and Living in Black River Falls

-The Jackson County Sheriff's Office has said that a sex offender will be released and living in Black River Falls on December 16th.

34-year-old Theodore Mousseaux was convicted of two counts of third degree sexual assault, child enticement and bail jumping. He will be living a 5 South Roosevelt Road in the City of Black River Falls.

Mousseaux is not allowed to have any contact with minors, cannot go to taverns, bars or liquor stores and he can't have any contact with the victims in the incident. He will be monitored with a GPS tracking device.

Mousseaux is on probation until December of 2035.
