Spencer Woman Appears in Clark County Court for Murder-for-Hire Plot

-A Spencer women arrested for allegedly trying to hire someone to kill two people made an initial appearance in Clark County Court on Thursday.According to the Clark County Sheriff's Department, 46-year-old Shari Klimmer and 21-year-old Porscha Rizzi tried to hire someone to kill the fathers of Rizzi's two children.
The women provided photos, addresses and vehicle descriptions of the two men. They also said they wanted it done soon because one of the fathers wanted to change custody arrangements. After authorities became aware of the plot, they immediately informed the two men.
Klimmer appeared in court on Thursday and has been officially charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit first degree homicide. She will return to court next week. Rizzi will be in court this morning for an initial appearance and she is expected to be charged with the same charges as well. Both women are in the Clark County jail with a $500,000 bond.
