Neillsville Fire Department Responds to Chimney Fire on Saturday

-The Neillsville Fire Department responded to a chimney fire on Saturday.The call came in just before Noon on Saturday. There was a report of a chimney fire at W5256 Granton Road in the Township of Pine Valley.
There was only a small amount of smoke in the house and the department ran a chain down the chimney to eliminate the flames. No water was used.
There was no damage to the house and nobody was injured. They were on scene about 20 minutes.
